Bill Matney Consulting offers a diverse array of services that can be
customized to fit your needs. Below is a listing of some of our
services. Our services have recently been expanded to include all types of
written safety and emergency plans, OSHA compliance training, and Haz-Mat
training. We would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to sit down with
you to discuss our programs in detail.
- Compliance Surveys
- An associate from BMC will visit the headquarters' location and any
of the active job sites the client selects. The engineer will
conduct interviews with key personnel and complete a full audit of the
client's loss control/safety operations. The engineer will then
generate a full, written narrative report outlining in detail the
results of the audit and survey. Video tape is used to document
job site conditions. The report will contain suggestions for
improvements in loss control programming including all lines of
foreseeable exposure.
- Supervisor Training in Accident
Reduction Techniques (START)
- START helps supervisors understand safety as a primary responsibility
by clarifying the economic relationship between safety and
profitability and laying the foundation for holding employees
accountable. This dynamic training program is conducted in four
modules. Each module has a student workbook and group activities
to enhance the learning and understanding process
